Description

Enjoy in La Bermuda the magic and romanticism of the first capital of El Salvador, where the Spaniards came to conquer in 1525.

La Bermuda is a traditional colonial hacienda par excellence now converted into a property providing you a rare opportunity to visit a colonial home.

La Bermuda is also the home of the natural colourant (indigo)
We have preserved the traditions and customs of El Salvador through our services in our property and restaurant. We have created a place to save and maintain traditional culinary recipes.

Our recipes are taken from the traditional Spanish and Creole cuisine served with an aesthetically pleasing presentation of flowers and fruits.
Our rooms are decorated in the Spanish style of an older Epoque, comfortably furnished, some with fire places.

The hacienda is surrounded by beautiful gardens, a small creek, fruit trees and it is a natural sanctuary for birds and other animals.
La Bermuda has an extensive terrace viewing the valley of the same name surrounded by majestic volcanoes.

As we are only 10 minutes from the classical colonial city of Suchitoto and Lake Suchitlan in La Bermuda you can enjoy a cultural festival, folklore, guitars, Flamenco and dance, paint exhibitions, traditions and rituals.
