Description
This is a small apartment-studio, similar to a 'double room' in a hotel, suitable for 1 person or a couple.
Located on the embankment of the Fontanka river, 69 - next to the Drama Theater - it is only a 10 min walk from Nevsky prospect and Gostiny Dvor metro station.
The total area is about 300 sq. f. or 28 sq. m. It has a room (162 sq.f. or 15 sq. m.) with a double bed, with 2 large windows. Also, there is a small but well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
The studio is equipped with a double bed, table with 2 chairs, arm-chair, TV-set, fridge (mini-bar type), boiler, electric kettle and a shared telephone line. If you need, it is possible to get also a music center, coffee maker and iron. The price includes includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, local telephone calls and cleaning (once per week).
The apartment had European style renovation in March 2003. This includes a metal door and triple-glazed windows to protect from noise and extreme temperatures. The studio has a lateral view to the river from the windows. It is located on the 2nd floor. Entrance is from the street, with a code-locked door.
Just next to the house there is a good supermarket with all kinds of food and drinks, open from early morning till late night. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
