In the middle of the Sicilian Ionio coast, near Catania, we offer charming apartments in the historic baroque centre of ACIREALE or on the picturesque sea of ACITREZZA. minimum 2 nights minimum two persons
ACIREALE:
Independent apartments in the 18th century historical centre of ACIREALE. The apartments consist of a bathroom, a furnished kitchen and a small yard or terrace with a view of Mt. Etna. Accommodation consists of one double bed (bedroom) and one double sofa bed (living room) for max 4 persons per apartment. All apartments have air conditioning and satellite TV.
Acireale is a baroque city just a few kilometres from Catania (10 min by car, 5 min by train) known for its baroque, thermal springs, carnival and sea side location. In ten mins, you can reach the characteristic coast (or you can walk along the winding 'chiazzette' paths that cross the 'Timpa' natural reserve) or visit picturesque fishermens' villages. In 20 mins, you come to the famous 'Taormina', and in about 30 min. you reach the majestic 'Etna' (passing through villages lying at the foot of the mountain)
Only 100 meters from your apartment you can find: parking, bus stop, shops, bar, restaurants, typical market (fish and vegetable), and other things to see and to do and places to eat.
CICLOPE:
Apartment (3rd floor with lift) on the seaside of ACITREZZA. This is a famous fishing village (where our famous Giovanni Verga wrote 'I Malavoglia' a well known novel), with a beautiful view of the sea and of 'Faraglioni' (do you remember stones that Polifemo threw at Ulysses?).
This is a larger apartment catering for max 6 persons. It has two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed + 1), a large living room with one double sofa bed, a kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also TV, air conditioning, a washer, garage, and furnished terrace in front of the sea.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, house cleaning (before and after your stay), electricity, water, gas and air conditioning are included in the price.
