Description
Our private residence is located in the historical city centre of St. Petersburg. Only a few minutes away from the main shopping street called Nevsky Prospect.
The apartment is situated in the 2nd floor of an old three-storey building from the turn of the century (constructed in 1853). The main entrance to the staircase is in the backyard, which makes it a little bit hidden, but at the same time sheltered.
The entire place was completely renovated in 2003. While renovating we tried to compromise and to save as many old elements as we could. So we managed to preserve old mouldings in almost every room and we have restored old floors.
There is a spacious entrance hall, with floor heating. In the entrance area there is also an internet terminal with broadband access. Wireless Lan is available in all rooms. Internet Access is free of charge.
Our apartment is an old building and we wanted to leave the old room style - that's why the rooms don't have attached bathrooms. Two big bathrooms are available in the minihotel. Both with floor heating.
In the middle of the apartment is a spacious light kitchen, which can be also used as a common room. In the kitchen you can help yourself to coffee or tea anytime you wish to. You can also heat up your food you've brought or even cook yourself. Besides the stove there is a espresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge available. The kitchen also has a floor heating.
Breakfast is included in the room rate as well as free coffee/tea all day.
The TVs in room 1 and 2 receive with the help of the satelites Hotbird and Astra over 70 channels. Romm 3 comes without TV and in room 4 you will find a TV with over 10 Russian TV channels.
