Da Vinci Manor Guest House is located 10 minutes from Gatwick airport and 7 minutes from the main town centre in beautiful surroundings.
All rooms come with private bathrooms. There is a large secure car park on site. Prices include continental or English breakfast. Evening meals are optional. We have singles, doubles, triples, family rooms and also 1 private cottage which sleeps up to 7 persons.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we are completely non-smoking.
The guest house is approved by Government Fire Safety Regulation and holds a valid Fire Certificate.

Yet, surprisingly, it is just 10 minute drive from the Gatwick International Airport and 8 minutes away from the main city centre where you will find a wide range of shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities.

**Please note that the earliest check in time is 11 a.m and the latest check in time is 10 p.m**. The check out time is 10 a.m. IF you intend to check in earlier than 11 a.m or check in later than 10 p.m you MUST inform us by phone (phone number provided after booking) otherwise the above times apply.
POLICY : . In the event of a no show or a cancellation 50 percent of the total room rate for the total days booked will be charged. To avoid 100 percent charge you must provide not less than 3 days notice prior to the date of arrival.
