Description
Gilligan's resort is located in the Cairns city centre. Gilligan's is Cairns' newest and most up-market budget accommodation, offering both tradtional backpacker facilities (with added comforts) as well as private hotel style rooms.
Air conditioning, ensuites and king single size beds are standard in every dorm room, whether 4 or 6 share. For those who lap up the luxury, you can enjoy our private rooms that are complete with private bar fridge, television and futon lounge yet still carry a budget price tag.
On each level there are modern well appointed communal kitchens at one end and you can laze in comfort at the other end with a big screen and cable television.
Gilligan's also has the biggest and best entertainment venue in town. Open 7 days a week, we have 3 in house bands performing plus many promotions. If you are lucky enough to be in town on one of our 'big nights' you will make close to 3000 instant friends!!
