24Hour HEATED POOL, BBQ, WIFI. Hi, thanks for checking out my place, Sublime Apartments. I look forward to ensuring you have a wonderful time here. You will love the heated pool, you can use the BBQs and we have wireless broadband!
Please advise if you want 2 queen beds or a queen and 2 singles when booking so we can have the apartment set up for you just as you want it. One queen bed is curtained off from the living area, the other bedroom has the option of another queen or two singles, then there is either another single or a double bed-settee
Wake to the sound of the native birds in the natural bush that surround these fully self-contained apartments, then after your day experiencing the glorious Bay of Islands enjoy the longest evening sunshine in cental Paihia.
Every apartment is northwest facing to get every last ray! Located just 600 metres to the waterfront, cruise boat pier, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy the afternoon sun with a wine on your balcony, or at the pool.
The comments I get most from people staying here is that they love the personal service and spotless bright apartments...

A lovely bushland property. Ideally situated for a peaceful and quiet time. Easy access to town and beaches. Friendly and helpful owners. I had a lovely stay and highly recommend these apartments. Not suitable for disabled though. Hilly, steps and so on. Can't fault otherwise. Carol Sugden

The apt was really good, the location, the facilities, the view outside, and of cx the lovely and helpful owner Jo.. me and my friends enjoyed it very much. We'll definitely look forward going to rent Sublime Apt again. Yonnie Hui

We have stayed at Sublime Apartments a few times now and have always found the hospitality provided by Mark and Jo execllent. Highly recommended stay in the Bay of Islands. Leeanne Griffiths

What can I say about Sublime Apartments. It's a great getaway and only about 3 hours from Auckland in the beautiful Bay of Islands. We have stayed there on two occasions now and both times were totally relaxed and content with the rooms. 3 minutes from the waterfront and main center and high up in the hills for a great view. The proprieters go out of their way to helpyou and nothing is to difficult for them. We will be going back many times for sure. M and C Brady
The house and apartments are let as holiday homes, eg all linen etc is supplied but there is no servicing. Servicing can be arranged at time of booking at $20 per service.
From December Jo, our wonderful local host will be onsite for a couple of hours each day to help with any queries, activity bookings etc and available by phone for emergencies.
