In the town centre ideally situated in a strategic position only a few minutes' walk from Largo Carlo Felice. Near main railway station, coach station (air terminal), port, main bus lines, banks, University, Poetto beach (10 minutes). Ideal for young couples, workers and holidaymakers with no car. Possibility to add one more bed. A wide range of services and facilities are offered: air conditioned, central independent heating, safe, TV set, video-recorder, Hi-Fi, DVD, Internet (ADSL - WI-FI), 1 bike available. Bath is shared. English-Spanish speaking householder.

Visit of the region. The Rosso e Nero B&B is situated right in the historical center of the town, near to the University of Cagliari. It's 300 meters from the railway and coach stations (for excursions to the centre of Sardinia or to go to some beautiful beaches in Villasimius and Chia); 200 meters from the Port; 300 meters from the air-terminal for the airport (direct connection - 10 minutes. Ticket costs 2.00 Euro); 50 meters from the taxi stand (transfer from airport 20.00 Euro), and 50 meters from the bus stop (all lines) for busses to the Poetto beach (10 minutes) or to other town zones.
