Shiga Kanko Hotel is a western-style hotel nestled in the Shiga Kogen area, one of the largest ski resorts in Japan. The quality powder snow makes Shiga Kogen as one of the world top ranked ski resorts. It can be easily accessed from the Hotel by skiing.
We offers 41 guest rooms including 11 Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats, providing guests with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. There is an indoor Japanese stone garden hot spring. Soaking in a hot spring will help you relax after an enjoyable day on the slopes.
It has a traditional flavor, a relaxing place for guests to enjoy after a hike in the mountains or skiing in the huge ski area.
We provide seasonal Japanese dishes, plus a buffet. We offer bamboo shoot Kaiseki course upon request during June-July.
