Description
BORNEO TREKKERS Bed & Breakfast (formerly named City Chime Square) is where you experience life in Borneo in a quaint backpackers accommodation with basic amenities in laidback China Street.
Our guesthouse is ideally located within the confines of the city centre, showcasing downtown and modern 21st century building alongside the wonderful remnant of colonial Britain to an exotic backdrop of tropical architecture. Our location in the Kuching Heritage Trail is close to the historical landmarks in the city.
Tourist Amenities :
It takes less than 5 minutes to reach the Sarawak Museum and is extremely near to; the Sarawak Tourism Board - Visitors Information Centre, the Sarawak Forestry Department (for accommodation in the National Parks), the Kuching Waterfront that is an esplanade where you can unwind at a cafetaria in a breezy evening and the Main Bazaar which is famous for various local crafts and souvenirs.
Banks and money-changers, the General Post Office, clinics, eateries, major shopping complexes and pubs are also short distance walk away. The bus stops to places of interest are all located nearby.

Bookings:
Bookings are as per room basis and subject to reconfirmation by midday of the arrival date.
Term Bookings :
Compulsory to book the highlighted dates as below-stated.
Peak Season surcharge of RM10.00 per night applies;
1. the World Harvest Festival on 24th - 30th June
2. the Rainforest World Music Festival 10th -13th July
3. the Sarawak Regatta on the 1st - 3rd August
4. The National Day 29th - 31st August
Bookers are entitled to 10% discount for subsequent night(s) stay at our usual rate (minus surcharge) on the above term-booking.
Group bookings : 7 days prior notice required. Our cancellation policy of no refund on the security deposit applies to; non-arrival or reduction in numbers.
Only 20% of the deposit is refundable for cancellation within 6 days period. Nevertheless, this deposit will not be reimbursed for cancellation made within 72 hours.
Tour & Recreational Events Booking at our reception desks; check hosts of exciting events to occupy your days in Borneo(caving, kayaking, trekking, cooking and crafts-making workshop, longhouse village stay etc.).
