Alba is in central Reykjavik, within walking distance from the Fly bus Terminal.
The word Alba means morning light, the light at dawn, and is taken from title of a short poem by Ezra Pound.
Alba Guesthouse is a 10-room home in Reykjavík, open the year around since June 2004. It is located in a quiet residential area called Hlidar, near Reykjavik city centre and the BSI bus terminal.
Alba has 10 rooms with shared facilities and is a non smoking guesthouse
Alba Guesthouse is central to the Pearl and Hallgrimskirkja, the highest church tower in Reykjavik.
Within walking distance are the city´s museums,galleries, shops and restaurants.
It is a non smoking guesthouse. Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Very good parking facilities and big garden around the house.
