The Nagasaki-Ebisu Youth Hostel is a family run, friendly guesthouse in Nagasaki City. Only 5 minutes walk from the JR Nagasaki Station, but situated in a quest area. Its yellow walls and entrance are hard to miss. It is also near the major sightseeing spots in Nagasaki. Nagasaki city is still a very exotic city as it has been the commerce entrance to Japan for Netherlands and China.
All private rooms are clean and en-suite (bath & toilet). There are both Western-style room and Japanese-style room. All rooms are no smoking. (smoking area is lobby) Dorm (shared) rooms are up to 3 guests. If you have any request on room arrangement, please e-mail us as soon as you confirm your bookings online.
As a start to getting to know the city, you can hop onto a tram or simply walk through the streets. In the evening, at just a 5 minute walking distance from the youth hostel, you can visit the beautiful harbor and enjoy the spectacular night view as well as strolling over to Dejima Wharf to experience the seafront of exotic Nagasaki.

*We can keep your luggage before the check-in.
CHECK-OUT TIME: anytime until 10:00am
Curfew (lock out): 11:00pm
Internet Use: 15min per day, FREE
We also have laundry (washing & drying) and a dining room. We know many good, cheap places for eating and shopping. Please ask us any questions to help you make your travel in Nagasaki most enjoyable!
Japanese style dinner and breakfast are available at extra charge.
Dinner: 1050yen / Breakfast: 525yen (per person)
==Access to our place==
From JR Nagasaki Station, walk towards Sakuramachi Street-car (city tram) Station and turn right at the gas station. Then turn right at the end of the street. You will find our yellow building with the Youth Hostel signboard.

Start your exploration of this city by foot, tram or a combination of both. At night, you can go on a free bus tour that will take you to several hot springs and lookouts in the area. Relax in the bath as you overlook the breathtaking night view of the city. You may also choose to go on a tour that will take you directly to one of the most famous spots for night views known as the Inasayama Lookout.
Visit Glover Gardens, situated 20 minutes away on foot from the youth hostel, where Japan's oldest wooden houses are found. This is another great place to get a panorama view of Nagasaki city.
