5-3rd Avenue Guesthouse, located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to PE airport.
We offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with own kitchenette and shower-en-suite. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (bbq) lapa area.
Rates: R200 Per Person Sharing. A room sleeps 2 people. A third bed can be added at a nominal charge of R200.
Please note the rate is per room. If only one person you will still have to pay as if you are 2 people.
If you need breakfast I need to know one day prior to arrival. The price for breakfast is not included in my rate - it will be an additional R40 per person.
Please note we do have house rules. A copy can be emailed to you on request.
Please note check in time is from 15h00 and check out time is 10h00. Please note if you are checking in later then 21h00 prior arrangements must be made.
For all rooms please bring a face cloth, bath soap and beach towels.
