The sandbar extends over 1km out into the indian ocean and creates a huge warm natural swimming pool free from strong currents or dangerous marine creatures. The area offers great snorkelling, diving the wall reef, fishing (barracuda and kingfish) and salt-water fly-fishing (with bone fish swimming right up to the hotel).
