Description
Attractive, recently refurbished Scottish Tourist Board 3 stars B&B privately owned and family run with great attention to detail, we aim to make your stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. We are within comfortable walking distance of the newly built Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Situated on the A7, which is one of the main routes into Edinburgh city centre. Major bus routes into and from Edinburgh stop at our door and take approximately 8 minutes to reach Princes Street and the city centre with all its attractions; theatres, comedy and live music venues and many excellent restaurants.
All the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom facilities including mains supplied power shower, and satellite TV showing free Sky movie and sports channels.All rooms also have complementary tea, coffee and Cadbury's hot chocolate drink available with shortbread biscuits. Free Wi-fi Internet access is included.
Free ample private off road parking is available, which is very useful in a city environment.
As an extra service to our guests we have introduced Covent Garden soups, freshly prepared pannini, ready meals Haagen Daz ice cream and espresso/cappuccino type fresh coffee. These are available on request for a modest charge at anytime. We also provide our guests with front door keys allowing them to come and go as they please with no curfew limitations. Specific dietary requirements such as gluten free or diabetic meals can be provided with prior notice, and we offer a milk warming and food preparation facility to families travelling with young infants. Any other special requests will be met if at all possible. We make our guests comfort and relaxation our highest priority. We hope you enjoy your time in Edinburgh and do our best to see that you do. Unfortunately we have no control over the weather yet, but we are working on it!
