STA Travel Summer Internship: Get Paid To Travel The World This Summer

January 9th, 2008 by Pia Taylor

STA Intern 2008All you student wannabe backpackers out there, yearning to get out and travel this year, but not sure how you can possibly afford it, there is hope.

Via Vagablogging comes the news that STA Travel is offering up a travel internship for the (northern-hemisphere) summer of 2008. They pay for your trip (14 countries over 3 months), and all you have to do is report back regularly using blog posts, podcasts and video footage to share your experiences. Sweet!

Of course, there’s only one winner, and he or she must be (here comes the fine print): completing an undergraduate or grad degree in any field at an accredited university in the United States (or studying abroad through a US university); 18-26 years-old; available to travel between June 1-September 1, 2008.

If you fit that bill, then best you get yourself over to STA Travel pronto, read up on the requirements and get your application in before the 1st of March 2008.

Well, okay, so there’s only hope for one of you, but it can’t help to try, right?

Good luck!
