I have a long story to tell, but briefly - others should know of the disgusting treatment we received at their hands, so that they may think twice before dealing with them. In short – if you have a problem with Tiger, you are on your own. They have no support like other airlines and don’t refund easily or compensate. They are an absolute disgrace. If you have a good experience with them and clearly some people do – you should consider yourself lucky. We had a dreadful experience with Tiger Airways.
