Lederhosen On A Plane!: Oktoberfest Fever Grips Lufthansa

Now this I would like to see for myself: an international flight served by stewards wearing ‘suede britches with embroidered braces or suspenders’ (lederhosen) and air-hostesses in ‘smocks with low-cut white blouses’ (dirnls).
According to this article, in enthusiastic celebration of the 173rd Munich Oktoberfest, for the duration of the German beer festival cabin crew on Lufthansa flights out of Munich will be throwing aside their standard blue uniform and donning traditional Bavarian garb in its stead.
Can you picture the inevitable safety announcement performed by a pair of Bavarian beer maids? Who needs in-flight entertainment?!
