Andy has ‘gone living’. In February 2006 this round-the-world traveller quit his job, packed his bags, and embarked on an epic adventure spanning several continents.

He’s watched the sun set behind Uluru (Ayers Rock) in the Australian Outback, learned to play ‘shithead’ (a hilarious card game popular with backpackers) in Fiji, and watched sumo wrestling in Japan.

He’s been diving in Thailand, eaten pigs’ knees in the Czech Republic and played backgammon in Istanbul, Turkey.

Andy has just come back from trekking in Nepal and is, according to his most recent blog entry, ‘hanging out in Pokhara’.

Take a look at Andy’s blog, ‘Gone Living’, to find out more about his adventures, and read his insights into the impact of budget airlines on European travel and the global trends he has observed during his travels.
